Hi,
I'm waiting to buy new Arlo Q security cam as soon as it's available. Do you know anything about European launch or retailers? In the other hand I could order the product from Amazon.com(US) but I guess it would come with US power adapter. I'm not a expert on electric things so if you could help me and tell if I need anything else than socket adapter to use this camera in Europe (In Finland to be precise?)
Thank you!

Finnman,
We are currently finalizing deployment to additional countries and will post an announcement once an official date has been released. We anticipate this announcement within the next few months, possibly sooner.

While we cannot guarantee you will have no issues until an official launch takes place in the European market, it should work without issue provided you have an appropriate power adapter.

Hi,
Can you provide the power requirements of the Arlo Q currently sold in the US please?
Can you supply the wattage needed also please?
As supplied will this product work on a UK 240v power system?
I'm keen to get an Arlo Q. I could always buy a Voltage Step Down US to UK Converter
Thanks
b

Did I see correctly on the video that camera's power supply would be a normal usb charger. Is that true? Would netgear staff be able to tell the specs of the power supply?
Now that would be interesting........... anyone?

I've not got a Q cam, but going by this post (link below), it looks like the Q cannot be integrated into the modes so you can add rules to work alongside the wireless cameras. This would need to change before I get one (or two).

My wall wart has the markings of 100-230v, 50/60Hz. .3A input and 5.0v, 2A for the output. So, it appears that any 2 amp USB supply could be used, assuming there's no issue with the wiring being crossed or unique (don't believe so).
