wireless cameras offline

How do I get my cameras to connect to my base station.  1 camera had been workiing for three months, battery level fine and one camera is new out of the box.  Tried all the suggestions of the community and nothing has worked.  Very frustrating.  please help!!!!!!!

Is the old one still connected? If so, the usual sync problem is too long a press on the base sync button. Use a short (<1 second) press and try again. If neither is synced, try a reset of the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
