battery replacement

Replaced batteries on 3 cameras because of low battery warning. 2 of the 3 cameras still give me a change battery notice on a green screen and the third works fine. Switched new batteries to see if camera worked but it still reads change battery on 2 out of 3 cameras. Used exact batteries for replacement that were in camera to start...energizer lithium 123. Tried also restarting base and it did not help. Please help

Went online and talked to tech on netgear chat. They were able to walk me thru . Had to update and then remove and resync cameras

I'm having the same problem, too. I replaced the batteries in one camera about two hours ago and the app is still showing a green screen that says I need to replace the batteries. I've rebooted the arlo hub, but that didn't help.
