Hi,

 

Having trouble getting one of my cameras to connect to the base after working for a few weeks. changed out the batteries and now it wont sync, the blue light just pulses slowly. any ideas?

Try removing the camera in Settings, My Devices and then resync the camera.  If it still doesn't connect, create a trouble ticket.
