wireless base station VMB3010r2 - can other devices connect?

I have a Arlo kit. Netgear wireless VMB3010r2 base station and 4 cameras.

 

Can the Netgear wireless VMB3010r2 base station be used as an access point for other (non arlo) wireless devices?

No... there is no access to the base.  Only the cameras will connect
