when should I take my camera’s down for the season?

With the cold and snow coming, when should I take my camera’s down for the season? I know these cameras are built to be outside , but will the cold and snow cause the plastic shells to break, or cause anything else I’m not expecting?

I've had no problems with cold damage over the past two years.
