IF you're on weekly free recording, DO NOT BUY NEW ARLO DEVICES!

 

We've been happy Arlo users for years: 6 cameras (Arlo Pro), 2 base stations, weekly recording, no subscription, very happy, recommended Arlo to friends and family. 

 

Bought 4 new cameras to add to the setup and magically the weekly recording stopped.

 

SHOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT THOSE CAMERAS.

 

MISTAKE MISTAKE MISTAKE.

 

Now returning the cameras and **bleep**canning the old ones and bye bye Arlo.

 

What a let-down!

You can remove one of the Arlo Pro 2 from the account and add it back on, that should resolve the behavior you are seeing.
