Help me, my relatives donate to the Netgear device kit (model: VMB 3000), now I can not install, error "we are unable to claim this device, get help, please contact Arlo,Support at support.arlo.com"

Go to the bottom of this page and there's a green link that says Contact Support

If your relatives had previously been using the system, have them log into their account and remove the various devices from Settings, My Devices. Then you should be able to set the system up in your account.

Adding to jguerdat's comment above, be sure to factory reset the base station by pressing and holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online and then attempt new system setup.
