vmb3000 base station not found

vmb3000 base station 3 arlo cams:

base not found

-power and internet lights  hard green

-internet on

-2 diferent locations (2 diferent routers)

-conection and cables work(i tried them on laptop and pc)

-hard factory reset(several time, 1 before each try and i waited the 2 green lights)

-downloaded the app 3 times...(apple and ios both up to date new gen)

-no firewall issues

-tried 2 different accounts....

NO DETECTION OF BASE... sorry guys i do want to use this gear as a baseball... let me know if you find the mistake

Is this your first time installing this base station or have you used this device before? When and where did you purchase it?

Make sure your phone is connected to your router's Wi-Fi network during base station installation. All other connections, including LTE (mobile data), should be disabled on your phone during this procedure.
