video freezes

Are you running this in on a phone ( IOS or Android ) or a PC browser ?

If it's a phone make sure there's good thru-put, 3g or better... If on a PC, try a different browser.

Also a good test is to d/l a video and play that after d/l.

I am having the same problem. I just installed the Arlo Q and it was great for five minutes. Then the picture froze. I have to sign out and back in. I am running on a PC with Windows 10.

That may indicate a poor WiFi signal. What percentage are you seeing in Settings, My Devices?
