I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11. When trying to log in to the Arlo app, the phone says I must log in manually the first time. I go to my phone settings and turn off facial recognition for the app. Upon starting the app again, I can enter my password; however, no matter what there is no way to enter the email address and the facial recognition icon is still to the right. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works.

Hi @scodais

Are you still experiencing this issue with logging in on your iPhone 11?

Yes. I turned off facial recognition, but I am unable to input a user name in the user name location. Facial recognition icon is still to the far right of the user name.
