unable to connect with the base station from my phone app

I am unable to connect with the base station from my phone app.  I have reset and resynced all cameras and base station.  Still unable to connect.

The only thing I haven't been able to do is Instruction #4 - Make sure your Base Station is on the same network as the Router.  How do I find out what network the base station is on?

That simply means your phone has to be on your WiFi. The base connects to the router as does your phone via WiFi. You can't use cell service until the system is configured.
