hello I just recieved my arlo and just got everything ready to set up and snyced everything that was suppose to be and got the device found but now it tells me it cannot claim this device and to contact customer support. I have snyced both my modem and my base station I have green lights for the power button and the world button and my camera light is orange. Can you help me please... I'm running windows 10

This is normally an issue if the base has been previously owned. As per the notice, you should contact support

so how do I contact customer support I can not find a number so that I can speak to someone about it????
