Arlo has never done texts... do you mean Emails or Pushes?

Push notifications i dont ever get them ? Ive powered down more times than i can count

What device and OS? Have you modified your modes to turn off notifications? Are the phone settings for the app set to allow notifications? Have you reinstalled the app?
