My arlo system is also disarming itself throughout the day randomly. It has done this since the update when the geofencing was put into effect. I reset it multiple times but it still keeps turning itself off.

This is a known issue. Engineering has identified the cause of this issue and are working toward implementing a fix as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update once the fix has been implemented.

I just recently purchased the arlo system on May14. I own a number of other netgear products as well. Everything seemed to work fine easy to set up but now the system keeps disarming itself. I wasn't having an issue until the most recent update. I was considering returning the product don't really expect these problems for this kind of money. The one camera that showed it was armed failed to record my kids coming into the house. The Arlo Q disarmed itself but the other camera showed it was armed but didn't record anything. I see netgear is aware of the issue but how long will it take to get this fixed? Being a new customer of the Arlo system I can't really determine if it will meets my needs if all of the functions aren't working properly. So how long will it take to resolve the problem?

I am having the same issue. I just changed the mode to Armed using my laptop (not mobile device) and it looks that it's staying armed (for the time being). Try the same and see it it works with you unitl ARLO engineering come with solution

i tried that with the pc but still disarmed itself,though only one arlo q was doing it..i fixed the issue by removing the affected camera and reinstalling it but didnt put in the position for the geofence settings and so far so good :-).

You don't need to do anything. I was having the same problem before and everything is working correctly now.
