For the last 3 days, our ARLO unit has been stuck on getting information.  I have tried various things with no luck.  Help!

on what device ?  and OS?

 

Have you powered down and then back on , the base?

on iphone 5

have had the cameras and base unit for a year with no issues until now

yes have restarted the unit with no success
