I am about to order an Arlo, so I read a lot of questions in this community. One issue two years ago, was that after a firmware up-date, the night vision turned to too dark.  Does that problem still exist?

If night vision is a major concern, have a look at the Arlo Pro cameras. They are significantly better in the dark than the original Arlo cameras IMO though I do have a little pixelation and ghosting. The Arlo Pro are also significantly more responsive at detecting motion and have less lag between motion and recording

That's not a normal issue. Without rereading the thread, I don't recall what the issue may have been but firmware updates and night vision aren't a problem.

I am experiencing the same issue with the wireless camera (5 cam system).. I changed cameras and its still the same.

Without screenshots, we're just shooting in the dark (get it?  🙂  ).  Night vision is limited due to the battery-operated nature and is intended for fairly close subjects.

Is Night Vision enabled? Again, post screenshots. Daytime and nighttime would be useful.

This is what I get with my newly-bought Arlo pro. It has perfect night-view!
