unable to setup for the first time, I keep receiving a orange bar acrossed the top of the page claiming

"Arlo is unavaiable please try again later"

Are you trying to set up using an app. on your phone or in a browser using https://arlo.netgear.com ?

Whichever you have tried, try the other.
