The right side on the settings page always says arlo not available. try again later.  There is a red triangle on the personal information box.    subscription information only appears once in awhile. whats this about?

Welcome to the community! The red triangle in the personal information box is likely an indicator that you have not verified your e-mail address. If you navigate to "personal information" you should see a link underneath your e-mail address that says "confirm your email to receive motion alert". Once you have confirmed your e-mail you can then enable motion alerts as well as eliminating the red triangle. Let me know if this helps!
