When i download a video, what program can I download that is safe that I can view these videos. No program on my computer is coming up and I do not want to get a virus from downloading unsafe programs.

Any program that can open and play a .mp4 will work. Generally if you are using a Windows OS for example your computer will have windows media player installed which will play a downloaded Arlo video.
