recordings disappeared

All my recodings except the last two from today have disappeared from the library!!! What is going on???

I am not sure if it is the same issue, but a similar thing has happened to me twice.  All of my previous recordings for one of my cameras inexplicably disappeared from my library.  The good news is that they did eventually return.  The first one took 12 hours, and the second time it took 36 hours to fix itself.

How old were the recordings? Any recordings older than 7 days will be deleted automatically (if on the Basic subscription).

This happened the 2nd day after I bought them. And it happened again. Afetr being away for a week I just about an hour before typing this I got in front of the camera, received the push notification within seconds. I went to the smartphone app and the webpage and both indicated there was a new recording. I opend the library and NO new recordigs there. Nor did I get en email yet. I really like the system but I guess I can't depend on it. I wonder what I missed while I was away. The camera seems to work fine but the library and notifications are killing this for me. My return period expires tomorrow, don't know what i'll do.

It is possible the alert counter was showing video count in the library inaccurately. After a fix that was implemented last week, the alert counter will show as 0 even if there is content in the library.  We are currently working on this issue with the alert counter and hope to have a resolution soon so that it displays accurately.

 

Are you still experiencing this behavior?
