Arlo hub has no Internet connection

Hi,

 

my arlo was running nicely until today. Now the hub does not get an internet connection anymore (light is orange) and therefor I am not able to access my cameras anymore. The hub is connected to my router and the router has good connection. Is there an issue on Arlo / Netgear's end?

Doubtful but possible.  Have you power-cycled the base?  It could be that simple.  Also, consider a power cycle on the router in case something weird between the two devices is happening.  Does the router show an IP address for the base?
