My arlo app is in perpetual "getting status mode. I have logged out of app, reinstalled app, restarted base, removed cameras and reinstalled cameras. I am spending a ridiculous amount of time troubleshooting,but maybe I'm missing a step.. Can someone be help, please?

Android or IOS? What version?

Try using the web interface and see if you get the same problem

was able to log on to my desktop computer and access cameras (Thank you) , but I am still unable to get passed the "getting status" stage in my app. Is this because I no longer have a subscription? When I using web interface on phone this is what populates. See attached picture.. Please advise. Thanks!

Hi @Januarymichele,

 

It shouldn't affect if you don't have an Arlo subscription. Have you tried uninstalling the app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app? Is the "getting status" happening for all your cameras/Base Station(s)?
