"Arlo Is Offline" email

I have been getting an email every 30 minutes since noon today as follows:

Subject: Arlo is Offline

Details:

 

Hello <My name> 

 

Your XXXXXXXXXX has been offline for 30 minutes.

 

This may be due to someone unplugging the camera, a power outage, or loss of Internet connection.

 

Thanks for letting Arlo keep an eye on things!

XXXXXXX is my unit number but I have replaced it here for privacy

 

When I got home, everything seems fine, no power outage, no internet outage, cameras are online and recording motion and responding through the app, so I am not sure what it going on.

I have restarted the base station and my router at home but still keep getting these emails every 30 mins.

 

any insight is appreciated.

This seems to be a new feature.  I'd use the Support link above here and open a case to raise the issue officially.

Are you getting any other alert emails from Arlo? Are you sure your base station and all of your cameras are online and behaving as expected?

 

Are you still seeing this behavior?
