I received a end of life email on my old base. So, I purchased the 4540 base. Now, I can not get it to register on the app. I have tried for 2 days. I removed my old base when I tried registering the newest base and can not get it to register back again either. Is the app not working or having issues. Also, is the 4540 not in the end of life policy?

You may have better luck with using a pc connected to the local network. Use a browser to login to my.arlo.com and try adding the base again. Make sure you have removed the old base from the my devices page in settings page.

What is the hub LED showing? Have you tried a reset?
