I have a problem with ordering from Arlo, and cannot seem to resolve the problem via chat. I have tried 3 times and have no visibility to an order but I do have multiple charges on my credit card.

yes. I have done so, but without resolution via chat.

I got 2 additional emails indicating that I should call 866-703-7170. It requires that I enter the order number. When I enter order number(s) the call hangs up.

I took the opportunity to read customer service reviews since I have been unable to contact a person.  Please take any steps needed to avoid shipping me anything on my orders. We have contacted the credit card company and are denying the charges for both orders.  thanks
