problem to log in

worked fine for 1 month ..I mooved to rome and the system is no working any moore ..

will not log in to the computer 2 light stays umber ..I changed the cables but no look

just wont log in..I need this system please reply at ASP  thank you Angelo

The left LED should be green to indicate power is on and that the base station has completed its startup.  The next LED is for the Internet connection - if it's not green there's an issue with the base's ability to connect to the Arlo servers.  You state that you changed cables but how about a different Ethernet port on the router?  It can also be something about the router's configuration that is blocking Arlo's access.  Try rebooting the modem, router and base, in that order, to see if that helps.  Is this your own modem and router or did the ISP provide it to you?
