I am getting alerts from one of my cameras, but when I go to the library to view recording, there's nothing there. Is this a problem that you are aware of? Are you working on it? Looks like this was a problem in January 2016.... Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

It's possible a filter is set so you're not seeing everything. While in the library, click on the funnel-looking thing at the top and use the reset and save selections. The funnel should be empty, not colored in. Did that help?
