picture is red what do i do

i have installed my arlo cameras and one camera picture is red now during the day what can i do? is my camera bad? a simple reset of the camera? let me know what you have found

Why in private PM??? Many people need help with this problem, red/pink camera. Write here and tell lot more people what to do!!

Apparently it's just a link to support to create a trouble ticket.  More folks need to do that on their own.  Click on the Support link at the top of these pages and then on the Contact Support link there.  That will get you a number of ways to get official support including the steps to get a faulty device replaced.
