This is horrible product let's be honest. I've paid for a subscription yet I'm not allowed to talk to a live agent. They just take money and don't deliver. I mean I pay all this money yet I can't even check my feed. Not very secure in my opinion.

I can’t find a email or a number and I have a new wifi code and now it won’t connect 

everything is correct and I pay but this is ridiculous can’t talk to anyone
