one rechargeable battery not holding a charge

Dont know who to ask here but I have purchased the recahrgeable batteries from Arlo and one of the batteries is holding no charge. How can I get warranty on one of the 3.7 volt TENERGY batteries?

Are you sure you purchased the batteries from Netgear and not from Amazon which you would have if you used link on Arlo site.
