one of the camera not being updated

one of the camera cannot update. Tried reset and pulled out batteries but it is still not updating. The orange light on camera blinked for couple seconds then went off. after pressed the update.

That implies dead batteries. Try a fresh set. A slow blink of the amber LED means low/dead batteries.
