My camera no longer works in night vision. The infrared light turns on to motion, it records but the video is black. It works fine during the day. I have removed the bstteries, I have replaced the batteries but this did not work.

Try restarting the base as well as removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. If still no good, open a case with support here.
