Non-stop firmware update message annoyance for weeks. Post new base station firmware update this morning, base station and some cameras going on and offline in app. Some cameras showing needing charge but 100%. All cameras but battery dead-not dead recording to cloud and base station. Some cameras pop up on app momentarily and even connect then everything crashes. I’ve tried all consumer-end fixes. Please undo whatever you did to my system.
UPDATE: Apparently a base station reset doesn’t have the same affect as unplugging the device. Maybe you could make it so in your next upgrade so we could remotely remedy the issues caused by updates. Anyway, finally roused my son to go unplug base station and problem solved. I need chocolate.

Removing and reapplying power is a good first step in troubleshooting the symptoms you've described here. I'm glad that this has resolved your issue.
