Reset the 2FA

I need to reset the two factor authentication on my phone because it is now saying that it has sent too many. As such I can't log in unless I do an inconvenient method of which even then it doesn't just naturally reset then. I wanted to talk to customer support but it is an automated bot who said that I don't get customer support because I don't pay a subscription. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and quite frankly makes me never want to use another Arlo product again. I paid for the product, it does not work properly. I should be able to contact someone in the company that can actually help.

However, as of now since I have bought the product (something I am currently regretting), I need someone to tell me how to reset the two factor authentication through the phone.

Can you log into a PC (my.arlo.com) - select "another verification method" and then use email?
