I have an Arlo vmc 3030 and I am not getting a picture at all.Message says I am not connected to my Wi-Fi. I rebooted and still no picture.Ehat else can I do?

What device are you using to connect in ??  Android, IOS, or PC ?

What are the leds showing on the base unit?

I am using an android for connection.And the first 3 lights on my base do light up.
