Start with reinstalling the app.  If still broken, try using the browser.  Let us know..

immyg,

Were you able to resolve this issue by reinstalling the app?

I am experiencing the same problem. My system was working with one camera. I added a second and all the web page would say is ...

We see you've synced a new camera.

Your service plan supports 5 cameras.

UPGRADE PLAN >

and start viewing your new camera right away.

If I'm good for 5 cameras, having only two should not require an upgrade. Now nothing works. All three lights are lit. The cameras are synced. But there is no feed picture any more on the computer or my phone.

I tried turning off and retarting. And I've tried resetting. Neither worked.

Biltonk,

We experienced some server issues during a short period of time last week. These issues have since been resolved. Are you still experiencing this behavior?

I am having this issue too. Unfortunately, somebody drove into my driveway tonight. I saw them drive in with the front camera. Was waiting for the back camera to activate. I it did not. I was teaching a class and could not run home. Thankfully it ended up being someone I knew and they were driving a new car. I just went home and changed the batteries, reset and resynced the cameras and the back camera gives me nothing but a grey screen and doesn't go live. I push live on the app and the camera clicks on but no picture and an error banner on the top of my screen says camera can not be viewed. On Friday I will have owned this system a whole three weeks. Do you think the camera died? It has fresh batteries. Is there a warranty for defects?

You say you reset and resynced - did you actually use the reset button or just the power switch? Regardless, try switching the cameras around temporarily - does the problem follow the camera or the position? If it's the position, it might be a poor connection between the camera and base.

Peterhengel,

You might also consider removing the camera entirely from the system by navigating to Settings > My devices > Select the affected camera > Remove Device. Power cycle the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door and then go through the sync process. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues.

Well, it's obvious. If you've sinned, you have to ask for redemption first. See your local priest, then reset your base station. It should work after that.

Martina2015,

Could you provide more detail surrounding the issue? When a camera has synced successfully to the base station, the camera LED (center LED on the base station) will show up solid green. Is this LED showing as solid green after you have synced a camera?

first thing is does the 'bad' camera allow live viewing??

If it does, I'd reset the camera by opening and closing the battery door, then remove the camera from the system ( under camera settings ) and then bring the camera back as new ( re-sync )

The wireless camera did not sync The third light on netgear box does not turn on?

Open and close the camera battery door.  Press the sync button on the base briefly (<1 second) and, when the camera LED is blinking, press the sync button on the camera.  The camera LED should blink slow blue until is syncs (may be many seconds) and then rapid blue when synced.  An amber LED will light if it fails.

I'm having the same issue. I have 3 cameras that work the 4th one syncs, gives a picture, I can go live with the camera, walk to the location and mount the camera fine. Once I pause the camera and try to view it again everything is extremely dark and I mean pitch black on the screen however it will show bright reflections if you have one close enough (roof of silver colored SUV within 6 feet of camera on sunny day)

Yes I've tried removing it and really syncing it and yes the picture goes away while still standing next to the base once I place the camera on pause the try to go live again.

Have you opened a case with support? Hardware issues require that.
