no internet led light

I tried toinstall the base station. the base station have contact with m router , but i did not get internet light in the LED. I have install many times and also reset the base station.

 

any tips ?

You actually want a green LED.  Off means no connection to the router, amber means connected to the router but not to the Internet and green means connected to the servers.

 

I'm guessing the LED is off?  Use a different cable and port on your router. Connect a laptop or other computer to test the cable and port.  If it never goes at least amber, it may be that the base has a bad port.  Swap at the store or open a case with support.

Yes, the Led is off.

 

I have tried the cable and the same port to my computer and i get contact . So i think the problem are in the base.
