new software update, cameras went offline

Immediately after updating to the new version of Arlo software all of my cameras became "offline". Being some 3,000 miles away from home this is annoying and stressful. I bought this system to avoid both of these issues. Please let me know immediately how to rollback this software update or how to make it work.

What software are you referring to - firmware or app?  When did this happen? App or browser?  Have you tried the other?
