Yesterday I purchased an additional camera. Immediately after the blinking blue light showing it synced the light blinked orange. On the app and web portal it shows the camera is off line. I have rebooted the base, changed the batteries in the new camera, and tried to sync it again (no lights at all now), what else can I do ?

Good morning KMK101,
It sounds like the firmware update (alternating blue and amber LED flashing) process may have gotten interrupted which has been known to cause the Arlo camera to get into a bad state. I recommend contacting our Support Team, they should be able to assist you further in recovering the camera.
