my arlo smart home is turning pink and red

Hi I bought 4 arlo home security cameras in july of 2016 at best buy and one of them has turned the color to pink and red. I reseted the camera and still getting the same color. How do i contact support so the camera can be repaired?

I had one camera go bad in the first year and that was the symtom. 

One other thing you can check before you send it back is the batteries are in correctly. Recently I put one of the batteries the wrong way, the camera worked but it had that same red tint as when the other went bad.

one of mine just went green.  Opening/reclosing battery cover didnt work.  But deleting it and adding it/resyncing it did work.
