Hello.
http://my.arlo.com says offline a lot for both of my base stations (original and Pro 2) in my PC's web browsers. Is anyone else seeing this too? I saw them in SeaMonkey, Firefox, and Edge in my 64-bit W10 Pro. PC. They all have the (new/lat)est updates too.
Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂

Can you confirm that it’s better using the arlo mobile app?
Power cycle base stations to start with.
Does it go offline while using the web portal or only when you login and if so how often?

When using the web browser and it happens, try logging out and back in a few times to see if it will show the base station is online.
If this works I suspect that the issue is related to which arlo servers you connect to in your region.

Yeah, sometimes that worked. Even logging off and in right away still show it. LOL. Arlo is wack.
