motion detection on my camera no longer works

My motion detection on my camera no logner works.  I have 4 this one quit working.  It is only 2 months old.

Take the bad camera... go to settings and for that camera use REMOVE DEVICE.

Open the battery door and check battteries, replace if needed ( resets the camera )

Resync the camera back as if new ( new device ) and this will reset all the settings for the camera back to default.

test now and see if working.

 

If still NG after, contact Netgear Support

That did not work.  Appears it is defective.  I worked wiht NetGear tech support for nearly an hour.
