Can i tell the camera to record beyond 2 minutes if I am streaming? example if my house alarm goes off and i see that my couse is being broken into on the camera can i manualy tell it to record continiously?

The motion limit is 2 mins...  If it gets motion a second time then its another two mins, etc.....

 

But if live viewing, you can toggle on record ( click on "round" record button ) and you can just keep recording.
