After intalling a new modem, I was able to easily install my system. But I had to reinstall my old router and modem I have 3 green lights but I get this message, "Your base station is not connected to the Internet. Please make sure it's powered on and connected to your router." What do I need to do?

Verify that the base station is getting an IP address from the router's DHCP server. It appears to have one since all lights are green but it's worth checking. Have you tried both a web browser as well as an app? Sometimes problems with one are not seen in another. Try logging out of whatever you're using and logging back in - I just had to do this after getting the "base station not connected to the Internet" message and the display immediately cleared up.
There's additional things that can be checked but start with these.
