loosing connection at least once a day

I'm getting the message base station is offline at least once a day. Upon re-sync,restart everything works good but by the next morning everything is down again. This is getting to be a headache as we've already contacted home office to see if our firewall may interfere and the service provider to see if it may be on their end to no avail. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

is this occurring on all cameras or just this one? Have you tried to movie this camera inside closer to the base station to see if it drops offline again?

It's caused by setting up the base station with a.Dynamic IP. Go into your modem's Admin and setup a STATIC IP address for the ARLO Base Station and add it to your devices. Here's a link on how to do it from my Telco (it will work with any Telco Wi-Fi Modem)   - https://www.telstra.com.au/platinum-technical-support/articles/static-ip . Haven't had any issues since.

You'll need the MAC address of the ARLO to do it. Mine is A4:11:62:55:6B:27

 

I set the NEW Static IP address of the ARLO to 196.168.0.225
