library not working, shows batteries dead when new ones were just put in.

i honestly cannot believe you guys don't even have an email let alone phone number. i'm constantly having to change batteries and after putting brand new ones in one is in the yellow and the other has already died 3 days later.

 

also, when i go to the library i'm only able to see one day, and not able to select any other day. i have tried different browers as well.

It sounds like the camera is subject to excessive usage or it is having trouble staying connected to the base (poor signal strength). Do you have more than one camera behaving this way?

 

The library allows for a minimum of 7 days of content to be stored (on the Free Basic Plan). You cannot navigate to days with no video content, this could be what you are experiencing.
