library empty, no recordings

I am getting alerts from my camera saying Arlo Detected Motion, etc. Nothing is getting sent to the library. I go into the library and zero recordings. Any ideas?

Is there a chance a filter is set in the library? The funnel icon at the top should be empty, not filled. If filled, click on it and reset it to see all cameras and save.

Checked the filter. None set. Reset anyway. Still no recordings.
