keep manual recording going even after I exit that part of the app

I don't like that the manual recording stops when I exit the "Devices" tab in the app.  It does seem to continue going if I exit the app while leaving it on the "Devices" tab.  Anyone know how long the manual recording will go on for?

this should not happen..it should stop if you leave the screen

 

I would unistall and reinstall the app , then retest

 

( PS it always helps to add the device and OS your using  for best answers )
