just opened arlo camera abd it wobt do anything

it was upgrading and went blank. now it won't work at all.no lights no nothing

Maybe the batteries are dead? What happens when you use known good batteries and close the battery door? You should see the blue LED blink. Make sure you don't push the batteries down - let the door do the pushing.
